- The total fund investment amounts to approx. € 85,832,000;
- Total average cash flow return approx 10.9% per year (including sales results of residential units that have become vacant and remaining portfolio after 10 years);
- Average profit distribution from operations approx. 7.6% (6.0%-9.6%) (exclusive of return from sales of remaining portfolio after 10 years). Payments are made twice a year.
