Holland Immo Group BV is the active holding company of a growing number of closed-end property funds that aims to deliver a combination of Maximum assurance and a high return.

A Limited Partnership (CV) is formed for each new Dutch property project in which a participating interest can be taken by means of a minimum deposit of € 10,000 or the sum stated in the prospectus to be issued. A semi closed-end Public Limited investment Company (NV) has been formed for German properties and is set to expand its German property portfolio to € 200-250 million through subsequent issues.

Each property fund is managed by an administrator that holds a licence as referred to in Section 2:65 subsection 1 under a of the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) (formerly: Section 5 subsection 1 of the Investment Institutions (Supervision) Act. Consequently, the property funds of Holland Immo Group are subject to the supervision of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM)
