Property Funds
Holland Immo Group is active in the property market that provides closed-end property funds, both limited partnerships (CVs) and limited liability investment companies (NVs), to private and institutional investors. Since its inception in 2001 it has already initiated sixteen closed-end property funds with a total investment volume of approximately €550 million. Of the sixteen property funds, five of them have been initiated by the Holland Immo Group together with Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V.
Holland Immo Group primarily invests in and manages high-quality retail, residential and office properties in excellent locations with financially sound tenants. Holland Immo Group’s XVII/German Retail Fund NV invests in German retail properties used mainly for daily or functional shopping and expands its portfolio through a small series of large subsequent issues.

The asset manager of the property funds holds a license issued by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) with regard to the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) (formerly the Investment Institutions Supervision Act). This ensures that each new property fund is subject to the supervision of the AFM.
